The following article will guide you through the steps necessary to reset your web browser. This can be useful if your search engine has been changed by a program, unwanted toolbars have been installed, or your browser is improperly configured.
Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer and click tools located on the upper right corner of your browser.
Select Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click Reset.
Mozilla Firefox:
Click Open menu located in the upper right corner of your browser.
Click Open Help Menu which is the question mark icon at the bottom right of the Open menu.
Select Troubleshooting Information.
Click Refresh Firefox.
Google Chrome:
Click on Customize and control Google Chrome located in the upper right of the browser.
Select Settings.
At the bottom of the screen click on Show advanced settings...
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Reset settings.
Safari:
Open Safari.
Click Safari in the safari menu located at the top of your browser.
From the drop down menu choose Reset Safari.
