Login to your Horde webmail.
Click on Address Book located in the upper right side of the web page.
Click Import/Export located in the side panel.
Under the Export Address Book select comma separated values from the drop down list.
Click Export, an Opening contacts.csv window will appear, select Save File and click OK.
Your contacts will now be downloaded to your computer.
