Duplicate Detection Error Opening URL

Having trouble opening the url once you have ran the Duplicate Detection? The following steps will assist you in resolution:

1. Go into settings.
2. Click Templates.
3. Open Email Templates.
4. Open "Duplicate Detection Task Completion Template".
5. Find line "To view and manage duplicates, do one of the following:".
6. Replace beginning of the line: "http://STS-001-SFO:3253" with "https://orgname.crmaccess.net" (orgname - is name of your CRM deployment).
