The steps below walk you through how to create, rename, move or delete a folder in Outlook Web App Light
If you are using the Outlook Web App light interface, in the left menu pane, select Manage Folders. The following options will appear:
Create a New Folder
1. Use the "Create Folder In:" drop-down menu to choose where to create the folder.
2. In the "Folder Name:" field, type your desired folder name, click Create.
Rename a Folder
1. Use the "Current Name:" drop-down menu to choose the folder to rename.
2. In the "New Name:" field, type your desired folder name, click Rename.
Move a Folder
1. Use the "Folder to Move:" drop-down menu to choose the folder to move.
2. Use the "New Location:" drop-down menu to choose the new location of the folder, click Move.
Delete a Folder
1. Use the "Folder Name:" drop-down menu to choose the folder to delete.
2. Click Delete.
