2. Located in the upper right-hand corner of OWA you will find the Options drop down menu. Click Options to reveal See All Options.

3. From within the left-hand menu, select Phone. This will bring up the Mobile Phones section that contains several features that will allow you to manage your mobile devices currently configured to your exchange mailbox.

View Mobile Phone Detail

By selecting Details, a new window will appear with additional information about the configured mobile device. Such as Status, last know synchronization date and the device's operating system version.

Wipe Hand-held Device

This feature allows you to remotely wipe your mobile phone in case it has been lost or stolen.

Please Note: Content that has been remotely wiped will not be recoverable.

Show Recovery Password

Some mobile devices contain a recovery password feature in the case your phone has been shut down; due to attempts to compromise the security of the phone. If you have forgotten or misplaced the password, you can use this feature to recover it.

Start Logging

If your device is synchronizing with MS Exchange 2010, you can retrieve a log that shows interactions between the exchange server and your phone. The generated log file will appear as an attachment to a new message in your Inbox.
