Messages Stuck In Outbox

 

If emails are stuck in the Outbox, the below steps will assist you in alleviating this issue:


1. Open the message in the Outbox, then close the message.

 

2. Click on the message and press Delete.

 

3. Put Outlook in Offline Mode (File > work off-line).

 

4. Restart Outlook. 

 

5. You should be able to delete or move the e-mail to a different folder.
